(substitute 1 1/4 cups flour instead of 1/4 cup flour)

BAKED PERSIMMON PUDDING
Please use 1 1/2 pounds of persimmons instead of two or three pounds and you must use a larger baking pan or two 8 inch baking pans, OR use the recipe in the FPFM cookbook page 200.
